What Do We Sell

Scanview Electronics is primarily an electronics supplier. Our main sales are Sony, Samsung, Onkyo, Teac, Pure and Bose plus Panasonic, L. However we also stock alternative brands. Altogether our products offer you the best combination of quality, value and reliability. We also sell a wide range of gadget items, enquire for more info.

Delivery

We use established couriers, mainly UPS, DHL, HDNL and Royal Mail as they offer best services with a competitive price.

We generally ship to UK addresses, however if you are outside of the UK, please email: sales@scanview.co.uk for international shipping details and costs.

Most orders are shipped out within 2-3 working days; however it can take up to 21 days in some circumstances.

If you require a next day delivery, please call us on 

on 0845 257 0633 before 2pm and we will endeavour to ship your item(s) on the same day, if in stock.

Please note larger items such as LCD TVs or Plasma TVs over 50" can take longer due to requiring a 2 man delivery.

We cannot arrange deliveries on Sundays or Bank holidays. You may request a Saturday delivery if you email: sales@scanview.co.uk however costs could be more expensive.

We offer a free collection service from our Scanview Electronics store, based at 131 King Street, Hammersmith, London. Simply email the order enquiry to: sales@scanview.co.uk.

Payments 

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Visa  Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard Debit and Maestro.

We operate and accept 3d Secure payment solutions which offer much more safety and security when completing your transaction.

You will be asked to sign up and start using a pin number to process any online transactions.

Our apologies but we do not accept American Express.

Finance

We can arrange a ‘buy now pay 12 months later’ option or allow you to spread the costs over a loan with low interest.

To arrange this, please email 

sales@scanview.co.uk as this service it not yet an online automated process.

Taxes 

All items ordered from our website are subject to a 20% VAT Charge

Cancellation

The distance selling regulation gives the right for you to return your goods within 7 days after delivery.

This only applies to UK customers (not a business or sole trader).

If you decide to return a purchase, you are responsible for the cost of carriage and for insuring the goods in transit.

Also, the goods must be in an "as of new", "re-saleable" condition.

If required, we can request a pickup using our dedicated courier but you “the customer" will be charged up to £7-£15 per item returned.

It could take up to 7 days to process the refund.

Technical Support

You can email: sales@scanview.co.uk for technical support however, we do advise you to contact your items manufacturer for professional and expert additional support, technical questions and queries.

Contact your manufacturer for technical support if we are unable to resolve your query.

Warranty

The standard warranty for all products is 1 year collect and return.

You will have to send item by courier (we can arrange collection for a charge) for repair.

Also you can drop item to our showroom:  Scanview Electronics Ltd, 131 King Street, Hammersmith London for repair.

You can arrange an extended warranty from 2-5 years for an additional fee. This offer can be purchased alongside your purchase of goods if you click on detail button on website for costs involved.

Certain items may have a promotion of free extended warranty; please check at the time of purchase.

Special discounts and rates are available if you are interested in purchasing larger quantities of goods.

We do not store any sensitive material such as credit card details.

However we do store contact details in order for your online ordering experience to be quick.

Security

We have a detailed security policy in place to make sure all transactions are safe and secure.

We use sophisticated 128 bit encryption to make sure all sensitive details are protected.

Also, they verify cv2, postcode and address matching.

And we are now 3D Secure, so to process a transaction, you will have to register a pin number which you use online when ever making purchases.

We do not store any sensitive material on our server.

Pricing

We pride ourselves in the fact that we offer the best prices online compared to our competitors.

You can also receive the same prices in our store if you choose to reserve and collect, saving you money.
